Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. I did not care for all the waiting in between parts of exam. Sometimes you just have to wait. It is just boring, I will pack a book next time, lol.

Answered all our questions clear and concise. Talked to my 10 year directly. This was done in a timely manner as well. We'll be back next year. Oh ya not to mention. His glasses came in 2 days after we ordered them. This made us very happy because he will be able to start the school year off with his new glasses. We really appreciated this too. Thank you 😁

I’ve visited this location a recently and, unfortunately, had negative experiences with the front reception staff. They were unwelcoming and made comments that made me feel uncomfortable as I entered. Because of this, I will save you time. I didn’t have the opportunity to meet the optometrist, but based on my interactions with the front desk, I will never seek business with them.

Recently went to Benson to get my yearly eye exam. They ended up performing a diabetic eye exam, that I didn't ask for, which is basically the same thing but I guess they get to charge you more for it. My insurance covers the yearly eye exam, but not the diabetic eye exam, and now I get to pay $340 out of pocket for something I didn't ask for.
