I’ve been a patient of Dr. Liess’ for over a year now and I can’t express how impressed I am with the level of care I’ve received. I come weekly as part of my treatment plan and each and every week the staff is just as kind and warm as the week before. They’ve accommodated my changing schedule with a smile, the office is inviting and clean, and it’s the one appointment I never dread coming to. Dr. Liess is very knowledgeable and open to discussion when considering treatment options, which allowed me to feel seen and heard at every visit. I highly recommend this wonderful team.

I have suffered from allergies for over 3 years and had a hard time finding places to get an appointment. Ben Liess was the only place that had an opening that was early for me. As time went on, I wanted to get treatment for it but because of the drive as a college student it was 3 hours away from me and it only made things complicated for me. As requested, I wanted to have the allergy treatment serums sent to my campus so I was able to still receive them without having to make the drive, and was told no. We had gone through the lengthy process to only find out that this was not possible. As a college student, I advise others to seek out other allergists to avoid this situation because it is impossible to work with the distance from the office to campus, and the other alternative was dropl

Dr.Leis and everyone on the staff was so kind, helpful and caring. A little over two weeks ago I had surgery to correct my deviated septum and turbinate reduction. The entire process went very smoothly, they helped every step of the way. From what to expect, how to prepare, insurance wise, in every aspect they made the process easy. Mercy was a wonderful surgical facility, very new, and on the day of surgery I felt so safe and cared for. The nurses and staff were so considerate and sweet making sure I felt comfortable(I was very nervous and alone before surgery). After the surgery when I had millions of questions, Dr.leis was available by the phone whenever needed. He has a very calm and caring demeanor.
