Dr. Clapp is an excellent doctor!! This is my second surgery with him, and both times he did an excellent job. He is always very courteous and professional. He goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. His front office people are always very friendly and helpful.

Dr Clapp provided excellent care from start to finish. His bedside manner is outstanding- he is thorough, patient and takes time to explain everything clearly, ensuring all your questions are answered. He treats his patients with great respect and professionalism, which truly makes a difference. His office staff is equally exceptional. The front office clerk, Bobbi, is super friendly and efficient. She goes above and beyond to help with appointments, insurance questions and any other needs. Her kindness and attention make every interaction pleasant and stress free. I highly recommend Dr Clapp for hernia surgery. You will be very happy with the results and the top notch service from both the doctor and his entire team. (Which is very hard to find now a days!) I would rate them 10 stars

Dr. Clapp was an amazing surgeon for me. I used him for a hernia repair but would recommend him for all types of surgery. He and his staff are amazing.

It was a HORRIBLE experience .. I never went to him for bariatric surgery. I went to him for hernia surgery, and he was so set on selling me bariatric surgery which I did not need….And left other Dr’s wondering WHY he was insistent on un e estatus bariayric surgery instead of recommending another Dr in town( that could handle the hernia surgery) since it was obvious he could not handle large hernias. He basically told me there was no one adequate in El Paso to do my surgery and I would have to go to Phoenix, which was a lot of BS. I ended up finding a fine fine surgeon in El Paso Texas….That will be looking after me.
