Benjamin Bakall, M.D., Ph.D.

I have received four shots from Dr Bankall over the past two years. The staff is fine but the last two times I waited two hours for my shots. Dr Bakall se like he is always in a hurry and offers very little information regarding my situation(macular degeneration). I've had treatments elsewhere that took only a few minutes and had much less burning afterward. My next treatment in Arizona will not be with Dr Bakall!

Dr Bakall is the best! He projects pure competence and makes me so comfortable with the process. Yes, sometimes the office is busy but emergencies do come up. If it were you that needed care, wouldn’t you want to be taken care of when it counts?! To all the “grumpies” that complain, go somewhere else if you don’t like it! Trust me, it’s worth the wait!

I have been under Dr.Bakall’s care for over 5 years for my macular degeneration. He administers shots directly into my eyes and because of his skill I am able to see, read, drive & live my everyday life. He & his staff are so friendly & highly competent, simply the best there is in eye care!

My Mom has been coming to see Dr. Bakall for several years (unfortunately). But he is the best doctor and his staff is great too. Dr. Bakall is meticulous, which is crucial for this procedure. I truly appreciate the care they give my Mom.

I am reading through the reviews. My husband has an appointment this Friday after being referred from his opthamologist. I am hoping for the best and will post my thoughts afterward. We feel this is very serious and not looking forward to a long wait or being rushed through.
