Love this clinic and so glad I happened to find it. Dr. Lim is super great— professional and knows her stuff. I feel so well taken care of here. The rest of the staff is amazing too. I refer them to everyone!

I’ve been going to Benicia Bay Dental for a few years now, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service. I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time; treatment always starts right when I walk in, which is rare these days. Their team is professional, gentle, and trustworthy enough that I’m actually comfortable enough to fall asleep while they work on my teeth. Overall, the customer service and quality of care are outstanding. Highly recommended.

Have to say one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. I just changed from a long time dentist that I really appreciate it, but this company really knocked it out of the park. It pleases me to leave a positive review. Dr. Lim has been my dentist for 5 years, ever since I moved here. I chipped my front tooth Friday night. I was able to text them and was given a 9:30 appointment Monday morning. I thought the tooth would have to be ground down, and instead I got this lovely filling. Promise I'll be more careful! Amazing experience here at Benicia Bay Dental! Friendly staff. Clean equipment. Fast service. Dr. Jacquie was extremely informative when it came to explaining how the filling procedure would take place. Will be coming back for a cleaning in a few months.
