I have had a few appointments here and they had alway gone well, that is until my appt with Leah Schwandt. Instead of looking at my previous history she was more worried about wanting to send me to the ER for unnecessary testing. She was so worried about her career she made me sign a document that I wasn't going to follow her instructions before I was allowed to leave. Then she tried to use scare tactics to make me feel guilty for making a decision that wasn't hers. I guess listening to patients who know their own body is it isn't good enough for Leah. I will say the clinic was still great, the front desk staff and nursing staff did an excellent job. Unfortunately the performance of the provider was so poor I felt compelled to make this review. During my appointment, I felt that the nurse practitioner with brown, curly hair was inconsiderate and insensitive, which triggered a panic response and left me feeling stuck in fight-or-flight mode. It has taken significant therapy to work through this. I would appreciate it if she could be more mindful of her tone and avoid asking the same questions repeatedly after I have already answered them.

Having to see a Dr when you have no plans to do that, is not a fun prospect. The staff was kind and helpful, and the wait was short. This facility made a possible bad time, not so bad!

If you are looking for COVID testing, avoid CVS or Walgreens and go to this place. Canadian family of four, heading back to Canada from TX. CVS lost our samples in Amarillo, TX. Ended up taking a test in Sheridan WY at Walgreens but now have to wait for results (up to 72hrs). Then we found this clinic. They have a rapid molecular test (approved by Canada, IDNOW) and they have results for you in 20 min! Cost is very reasonable and you avoid the uncertainty of waiting for results or a call telling you they lost your samples. The staff at the front are very knowledgeable, friendly and super patient. I have been here twice. First time I waited an hour after scheduling an appointment, they took X-rays of my hand then made me wait another 30 minutes to tell me to ice my wound then charged me $400. Second time my wife scheduled an appointment then waited an hour, told the receptionist to cancel the appointment because of the ridiculous wait, then we were charged $61 for literally nothing. Do not come here, they will rob you blind.
