Have only gone to visit folks, have never been a patient. Once you get to the floor of the unit you are visit, the nursing staff on each is friendly and helpful in finding the room your are going to. The phone at the first floor of tower you have to find a patient is helpful, but not exactly "person frienly."

I have had good experiences with my healthcare here. However, my daughter had a scary pregnancy and delivery here with staff.

Mental health care is a joke at Benefis. Nobody is taking new patients and I have to wait until December to see my new meds manager. Very unhappy with this place.

Very professional competent medical personnel.
