I have been a Benco customer for over 30 years and would not think about practicing without them. They helped me get started with construction blueprints from my rough ideas, helped me with equipment and supplies and perhaps most important, the service. My Benco sales rep was the same fellow for over 30 years (Preston) until he retired and now I’m with Kyle, who continues to excel at being there for me even in difficult circumstances. I have always felt that working with a full service shop was well worth the cost as Kyle saves me time and money by being able to direct me in the field of new products as far as what his other customers tell him are working well or not. Worst dental equipment company for ever!!! They just took the money from my card, said it's out of stock, will send it when we have it on stock. After 3 month, nothing. Then I asked for a refund, which they did. 6 month later, they took the money AGAIN from my account with out any authorization from my side. After few emails and 5 times me calling them, they refund partial amount of my money!!! Just horrible communication and management, would recommend any thing from their website.

I recently invested (for me) significant amount of equipment. I felt the installation and customer care was subpar. I brought my displeasure to the management, but didn't get a satisfactory response. Nothing was really done to ameliorate the situation. I urge everyone who gets equipment, not to be wowed by the beautiful experience in pittston. What is the recourse if they miss the delivery dates that are promised? Will they train your team how to use the equipment? what is the recourse if they make promises and don't keep them? If the equipment is installed incorrectly, how soon will it be fixed? I put too much trust in hindsight, i want to help out my fellow dentists to take a more open eyed approach.
