I had an outstanding experience at Benchmark Optical in Tampa! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions, help me choose the perfect frames, and made sure my prescription was spot on. They have a nice selection of eyewear—stylish options for every budget. My glasses were ready quickly, and the fit and clarity are perfect. It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

I came here because they were offering groupon discount, which was very nice offer if you stick with the original deal. I paid extra to upgrade both frames and lenses (which is standard practice of most eyeglasses shop anyway), but the deal still worked pretty well to me. They don't have many exotic, edgy, fancy frames, but they do keep very elegant entry to mid range designer glasses. I would have given 4 star for it. The doctor and staffs were very friendly. I really appreciate it. However, one of the staffs skill of adjusting frame to my face was very questionable. It was literally painfully obvious, so I cut it short and left the store to adjust the glasses myself. It is unfortunate but I'll not come back the store for this reason. I can't tell other staff skills, so minus 1, total 3 s
