Ben Stone Massage Therapy

I started seeing Ben towards the end of 2022 to help with some sleep issues. I was a bit skeptical of massage therapy and was certainly new to the work. Ben made me feel comfortable, asked questions, listened carefully, and worked with me on a program on the table and stretches at home. I'm sleeping better now. I appreciate Ben's attitude of always be learning, his approachability and calmness, and his focus on what works for me.

I am a retired Dean at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I scheduled my first massage with Ben back in 2007 for back pain and stress and was so impressed by my first visit that I've been seeing him monthly ever since. As a senior citizen now, I find him particularly good at helping me stay flexible and improving my quality of life. You will not find a more dedicated and serious professional than Ben. A few years ago, my wife and I went on a Mediterranean Cruise and I decided to 'splurge' by getting a high-priced massage. Afterwards, I told my wife while it was fantastic, I ws blessed to receive the same quality back home from Ben at a far-less expensive price. You will not go wrong with Ben. He has my highest recommendation.

If you have specific pain points you need addressed, this is your guy! Ben is highly experienced, and educated when it comes to all things massage therapy. And, he has heart and passion in his work. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Ben for years, and I can tell you that it is akin to seeing a physical therapist or a chiropractor in terms of skill, education, and application ( except better!). If you are looking for someone to actually get you to the point that you are pain free, he is it. I have seen him for many issues, including pregnancy-related hip pain, neck and back pain, nerve issues, and work-related hand and wrist pain. He is one of the rare massage therapists that will actually assess, treat, and follow up with you. A true clinical practice. Oh, and his personality and friendly demeanor isn’t half bad either!! I have recommended several friends to him over the years and they all echo my same sentiments. He is such an asset to the Lincoln health care community.
