Put unnecessary metal in my wife’s mouth, causing pain and bleeding for 9 whole months, even her own dentist thought they were stupid, everything was prepaid and they never gave any other option, also after asking for “traditional braces” they had put “Damon braces” on her teeth costing an exponential amount more, I have had nothing but a bad experience with this office and the “doctors”

I loved the experience my son had here. I felt like they were very quick and efficient with each visit. My only complaint would be after a year and a half of receiving services there my son was greeted as a she/her at every visit at the front desk. You would think after all that time they would realize he is a boy.

Shaved my canines down without asking when taking off my braces. Many years ago, so might not be an issue now, but I'm still mad about it.

We have had 3 of our girls treated by Dr.Cooper and staff and have been very satisfied with their smiles! They are all very friendly and explain what was done and what is next. We recommend them to all of our friends and family. Braces came off today on our last daughter and she can’t stop smiling.

Bemidji orthodontics is a friendly and clean business. The staff are always friendly and kind. I have never experienced a long wait time and I appreciate that. They treat their clients with respect and are helpful in all aspects of their jobs.
