Belvidere Healthcare Center

My mom stayed at Belvidere Healthcare Center in Lowell after her hip surgery, and I can’t say enough good things about the team. At first, I was very nervous because she is 85. But after meeting the Rehab Manager, Ryan, we immediately felt relieved knowing she was in good hands. His leadership truly shows throughout the facility. Thank you to Medical Records, Transportation, Reception, the Social Worker, the nurses at the left nursing station, and the PT & OT team. Everyone was caring and professional. We are truly grateful for the excellent care and support.

I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Belvidere Nursing Home for the excellent care they provided to my father. Everyone was professional, kind, and attentive, and it truly made a difference during our time there. The administrative staff was wonderful to work with, very helpful, organized, and genuinely pleasant. The administrator, Ryan, truly blew our family away with his care and dedication. Although this short/long term, nursing home/rehab business is certainly for low budget folks, the staff's positive and energetic attitued/personality make up for that by far. The nourishment is according to the MDs decision. This could mean a renal diet or even a bland diet, which means that patients may not eat the food at all and that is not healthy. The online access is also not good at all. A friendly invironment where there is most always interesting and fun activities going on. Angels certainly work there. The staff is caring and attentive. When there are issues, they respond promptly. The administrator, Ryan, really cares that issues are addressed and patients receive quality of care. All these facilities are under enormous pressure with state regulations and inadequate funding, and they work so hard to be sure people are cared for properly despite these issues.
