Belmont Family Health Center

I went to Family medical in Belmont today and everyone was great there! I saw Dr Tim he was awesome! Very personable, caring!

Fantastic staff. Kind, helpful, thorough and caring. We have been patients for 36 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!!!

If you ever have to call this practice make sure that you have an hour to remain on hold and wait for them to answer. And then even sometimes when they do answer they tell you to "hold".

I loved this place when Doctor Grey was here, I saw her for over 2 years and she was amazing. But when she left the fill in doctors that I saw treated me like was a trash, and then they left me with out a controlled medication for over 5 days, then when I went in for an appointment I sat there for 40min and asked why I wasn't seen and the doctor had left, then I get a phone call saying they are changing my medication to something I have never been on before, I would suggest you don't go here until they find a doctor because their fill in doctora are the worst I have ever seen!

This place has gone downhill so far and so rapidly it should be an embarrassment to anyone in the healthcare field and should be avoided at all cost. However if you really like not being able to talk to anybody when you call and not having any time sensitive messages even returned with the courtesy and respect of a simple call Then this is the place for you they will fail you they will disrespect you and they won’t help you with your Health. All of this didn’t used to be a problem here it all declined very rapidly over the past two months or so. I don’t blame any of the staff directly except for the site manager whose name is Christine. “Hi Christine, still waiting on your call back for over a week” Side note this is Tom not Amanda who is writing this review.
