Customer Reviews
Late opening up and no one ever answers the phone. Only one person there. Then they transferred my meds with out notifying me but sent a message saying I have 14 days to pick up. What an inconvenience. Now I’m pissed. Just left hospital and need my meds for my back and didn’t get. I just went home. To tired from all the test. I’m definitely switching locations for my meds.
Rarely have requested medications…and they NEVER open on time let alone answer the phone in a decent manner.
The phone rings and rings until it goes to voicemail and when somebody does answer they’re rude. When I say rude I’m speaking of the man that answers their phone with an attitude every time no matter the day. When I ask if I can speak with someone else he said he’s the only one there and placed me on hold knowing they’re about to close and if I call back he won’t answer. The customer service here is disgusting. Still waiting on my prescription that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago.
It’s a small neighborhood pharmacy with a very helpful staff. l. It took an unusually long time for staff to order and receive an out of stock medication. Staff was helpful with contacting my insurance company to resolve conflicting insurance payment information. Be sure not to wait until you have just a day or two before your prescription runs out. Parking is minimal. I’ll continue to use the pharmacy because most of my prescriptions are not covered by my insurance and the pharmacy worked with me as I negotiated a partial fee waiver.
They never have medicine in stock. Everything has to be ordered. My sons doctor prescribed him 2 inhalers and 1 pump. When I went in they tried to give me only 1 inhaler and looked “shocked” when I said I will pay out of pocket for the second one. I mean do I have a choice? And when I asked about the pump of course it wasn’t in stock and then “forgot to order” good thing I had one in the house and I didn’t need the other one until Monday for my sons daycare. The ladies are very nice but the man is so rude.
