I just got a Belle Grand tour... thanks it's absolutely amazing and beautiful inside. My mother is going to love the move to the new place!

I wouldn’t recommend this nursing home to anyone. My mother was going through HELL her time spent here. She was always sick and they even put her out without my consent I wasn’t called or anything and my mother was in her late 70’s and was in a wheelchair due to a stroke. I received a call from her worker telling me she has no where to sit or sleep at her new apartment. I was highly upset and had to move back to Louisiana because of her care was so poor. I couldn’t believe what my mother was going through, she was continually being sick and vomiting because she had fallen and hit her head and I also wasn’t told about that, I heard it from a worker, and OMG when I walked into her apartment I cried so much my heart was broken in a million pieces. I have a relative that has been a resident at Naomi Heights for 2 years and I am very pleased with the way she has been taken care of by the staff. My relative is turned and changed every two hours as scheduled. Also, she is on a special diet that has been delivered consistantly without fail. Furthermore, the CNA's and nurses are there within minutes of calling for them. Lastly, the Administrator has an open door policy and is available at any time I need to speak with her. If you are looking for a home for your loved one, do not hesitate to call Naomi Heights!

This is the most horrifying nursing home I’ve ever seen. I had a brother in law admitted there and within 2 weeks I took him out. The night crew did not take care of him at all they left him in feces and urine. Until morning he was so upset he would ring for the aides only to be fussed at saying they had more clients than him . He just needed assistance to the bathroom. when I would show up at night at 11 pm and he rang for the nurse they didn’t know I was there. It took them 35 minutes to show up. I went down the hall some aides were sleeping in an empty room. Others were watching TV. During the day I stayed with him the whole time. He was on hospice. I would not put my dog in there. This place should be shut down if that’s how they treat people. Now my brother in law is doing so much
