This place is terrible. My mom was there for 3 months and the care she received was terrible. They use a lot of contract help from an employment agency. Not all, but most of those employees don't do their jobs and just don't care. She was left in unchanged diapers a couple times for 48 hrs. Her blood pressure pills were not given to her for several days which led to her having a stress heart attack and going to the ER. There are a lot of nice caring employees there but this place is terribly managed. 12/6/24 update. She unfortunately returned for additional rehab after being released from the hospital. Now their kitchen has issues with employee turnover and the staff quitting. They're meals were not great before, but somehow they've found a way too make them even worse. See attached video

Do not I repeat do not send your family or your loved ones here unless you just want to walk in and find them in a bed 24 seven and no employees around. the food is atrocious I can’t believe what they tried to serve Their residence for food. They don’t answer call lights. The place is dirty and Dingy. So once again, do not send your family members here if you really want them to be cared for

My mother has been in this facility for over a year. This is a new experience for me as I am watching the aging process first hand! When looking to 'in trust' people with one of the most important people on your life, the decision is very hard! Although they have their staffing challenges, as do ALL facilities at this time, I cannot speak highly enough of this staff!! From Pam the director, the nursing staff, aids, maintenance, the business manager, even kitchen staff has been a Blessing to both my mom and my family. I would urge anyone going through this phase of life to remember, you get out, what you put in!! Be involved, ask questions, stay on top of it! They are there to help! Thank you ALL for making this transition easier on us!

My Mother is currently a patient at this facility. Twice now I have found feces On the toilet seat, On the Cold Faucet handle of the sink, On the floor in front of the toilet, On the floor between the toilet and the sink and on the floor and wall in front of the sink. I have taken pictures of this. I have notified the head nurse and the administrator and was told we will get right on it. They NEVER notify me of any tests, medication changes, results of any test, names of her doctors or when a doctor is coming in to acess her. I wouldn't allow my enemy to come here. I have had 2 meetings with these people and they don't seem to get it. I WANT ALL INFO ON MY MOTHER!!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Please research before placing your loved one.

My mother is a resident here. Twice now she has been taken to the Emergency Room without me (her emergency contact) being notified. The first time she was taken for surgery and family was never notified. The type of miscommunication is unacceptable and staff defends the actions of the incompetent nurses. Edit: as of 12/24/2019 this has now happened 3 times and I've been notified it's the same nurse that's done it every time. 2nd Edit: as of 12/31/2019 this has now happened 4 times. The administrator said all she can do is educate staff and offered no solution.
