Very nice staff! Brough glasses in that I didn't even purchase at the location due to a missing screw holding the lens in place. They fixed it free of charge. Will definitely consider them for future needs!

I’m older and use progressive lenses. I was searching for a new eye doctor due to my VSP insurance no longer being accepted at my previous eye doctor. 11/15/2024, I had an eye exam with Dr Choe at Bella Vision in Bothell. The exam was brief and straightforward; as expected. I ordered new glasses and waited a few weeks for them to arrive. 12/2/2024, the glasses arrived and looked great. It took a day or so for my eyes to adjust to the new glass (normal, especially with progressive lenses). I really like these. 12/20/2024, during the past few weeks, the bridge of my nose was getting sore after a few hours of wearing the glasses. Christina, the optical tech, adjusted the nose pads. These are now comfortable. In reading the negative reviews below, I experienced none of this. Bella

Bella is fine for getting evaluation and perception. I've been there for a general exam, an injury concern, and recently for contact perception for multifocal lenses. The price is high for them to sell you product, but you can take the script elsewhere(online) later if you want a better deal. The ladies are nice and friendly at reception and Dr. Chloe is solid... Not super personable, but good at his craft.

I visited Bothell location on 10/7 and had eye exam with Dr Derrick Choe, after I got my glasses, I felt uncomfortable when I wear it for around 1 hour, I contacted their office and requested if doctor can recheck if the prescription needs to be adjusted. I saw doctor today and he advised me to wear the glasses for at least a week and if you still feel uncomfortable you can contact us again. During check out they told me that doctor will charge for this visit, and they will bill my insurance for the same. I was shocked and surprised to hear this, they are not backing up their prescription and if for any reason someone has issue with the prescription, they will charge for medical visit. I cancelled my kid's appointment, which was scheduled for next week, since I do not find this ethical. I

A business thrives for the bare minimun. Sadly, go above and beyond is not in Bella's dictionary. If you are looking for neighborhood friendly shop, it might not be for you. I came to Bella with my brandnew frame and eye prescription from somewhere else. So I only needed lens to be made from Bella. A week later my glasses were ready. To my great surprise, the ladies handled me the glasses by the door. When I asked if I can come in for testing, fitting and adjustment, the lady told me "No you can't because the frame is not from us", and she locked the door in front of me. This is very different from other places where friendly staff made sure my glasses fit comfortablely, check if I can read both properly.
