Bella Terrace

My cousin was sent to Bella from the hospital. My family got him out of there and back to the hospital within hours. If it was possible to give this place zero stars I would. The entire facility is dirty, understaffed and the staff that's there is rude and uncaring. I've never seen anything like it.

I wish I could give it zero stars. My mother wasn’t safe there. They didn’t follow fall precautions and she fell twice, hitting her head and getting a hematoma. They moved her into a dirty room they didn’t bother cleaning or disinfecting before her arrival. The place is filthy and everything is damaged. Her oxygen tank popped and caught fire in her room. Then they gave her another broken oxygen tank. I reported this terrible facility to the state!! Don’t bring your loved one here. You’ll regret it.

This is the worst place I've ever seen I would give them a negative zero if I could the building is disgusting the staff talks to patients curse at them they take their disability checks don't follow up with doctors appointments the food is horrible never have the staff they are supposed to have the receiptonst acting like a social worker this place should be out of business!!!!!!

This place is absolutely horrible I have no idea how they are still up and running!!! My Dad is currently in Bella terrace and I fear for his safety every time we have to leave and leave him there. We have seen bugs the place is filthy and completely run down!!! During our visit on November 3 2023 there was an elevator still out of service from our last visit. When getting on the elevator there was an elderly gentleman trying to get in in his wheelchair and couldn't because of the floor being tore up. Also had soiled pants on and not sure how long they have left him that way. I could go on an on but I want people to know what kind of place this truly is. Ohio State you need to do something about this place immediately!!!!!

Not a good facility… I was sent here to complete antibiotics, I was there for two days and did not receive one dose of my medicine. The staff aren’t coordinated. The food is not good at all, and my first bed was broken. I then requested a new bed. The second bed smelled like it was left soaking in someone’s urine. I had to go back to the hospital to continue my antibiotics. They are now involved and investigating this facility.
