BEST Dentist I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm hello and welcome. I had made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled 2 week prior and like how they reminded me about my appointment through text. Which is great because I'm always so busy I forget. As soon as I realized I had the appointment I text back to reschedule and they were booked but they said come in at 530 toward the end of the day. I was a little late which I felt bad about but got stuck in traffic but they waited for me and still took me in for my appointment. WoW! Talk about customer service. Now I'm not at all good with needles but she is the best at making you clam and not worry. She has a very steady hand and was able to poke me with very little to no pain which was such a relief. She

This is the worst dental office and the more-than-worst dentist we ever had in our life. The dentist wore a long nails and this does not fit with a standard professional job as a dentist. Second, she pushed clients to do a deep cleaning for $300+. After I replied that I did not have time for that service on the date, she immediately stood up and asked her assistant to finish my cleaning. The assistant did the worst job also when she realized that they could not get the money from the deal of deep cleaning. Avoid this office because: 1) Not professional Service ( loooong nails, dirty looking) 2) The dentist and the staffs are both rude 3) Force you to pay for your unwanted services

Dentist Christina Lanphuong Nyuyen was my worse experience ever. I would give her negative starts if that was an option. After getting x-rays and her giving me an outrageous estimate to get work done on my teeth. I asked her for a copy of my x-rays and consultation results as i was going to get a second opinion. She argued with me refusing to provided me with the copies and consultation results even after my insurance paid for them and i paid for my copy. Dentist Christina Langhuaong Nguyen is so unprofessional and lacks the customer service that any other business would provide to their customers. I am appalled at the way she treated me as a first time patient. I got this insurance through Costco in hopes that i would be treated as as well as Costco has treated me. I'll make sure Costco k

Just left Bella Terra Dentistry. It's been a few years since I've been to see Dr. Nguyen. After x-rays were taken, Dr. Nguyen reviewed my problem areas and fixed them. Yes, I needed a few fillings. She did a great job. Love her staff too. I've been coming here for 5 years. And will continue. Dr. Nguyen is a caring person. She even remembered my dogs names. Love her!

Horrible, crazy woman said I needed two root canals. I came back to do them a week later and they had not ran my medical yet. She wanted to proceed without giving me any info on the it off pocket expense. I got up out of the chair and walked out the door. Why to another dentist and the told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my teeth besides the fact they are sensitive. Switched to sensodyn tooth paste was all I needed, not a major procedure killing my teeth
