I wish I could give this practice a ZERO for a score. I would run from this practice and get you some better professional help else where. Dr Terry Sharpe and her front staff are extremely rude and are not professional by no means. They are so thirsty for the co-pay fees. There scheduling system is not up to pare and not equipped not enough to keep track of patients appointments. It has happened to me twice and the ignorant response I got from Terry Sharpe as a “professional” was the she is not in control of technology. Not one time did she or staff have to common sense or courtesy to apologize for the error made by her practice. The 2nd visit was even more unprofessional. The front staff had a DOG walking through out the practice where sick patients come to have their skin taken care.of.

I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling, but I was desperate to get in quickly because I’d been dealing with unusual breakouts for over a month and also had concerns about my scalp. That was my first mistake. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was cold and unwelcoming—but I brushed it off. I paid my $10 copay and was taken back fairly quickly. The assistant asked about my concerns and what products I use. My routine is simple: moisturizing wash, witch hazel, serum, and moisturizer. He then told me to remove my shirt and put on the paper gown, he was very nice and welcoming. Still fine. But the moment Dr. Sharpe walked in, everything went downhill. She didn’t knock; she just barged in and immediately started criticizing everything I was using on my face: “Stop it. You

Overall HORRIBLE experience. The aesthetician zapped and burned my eyebrow during a laser treatment! When it happened she said “oops”. But she didn’t mention anything even though half of my eyebrow was gone and I felt it happen! When I asked about it she stated she “didn’t even notice”. That’s very concerning she was operating with a laser on my face so close to my eye and “didn’t notice” that she burnt my eyebrow!! Like what that is so crazy and unprofessional of her to try and brush it under the rug when it was clearly noticeable! The fact that it even happened in the first place is unacceptable! Business practice is manipulative. Dr Sharpe was great and removed my cyst in a clean and safe environment. However, the business practice was in my opinion deceitful. They told me my insurance wouldn’t cover the procedure, so I saved up the amount needed to have the procedure done. I was told the expense would cover the treatment, the lab tests, and a follow up appointment. When I went to my follow up, everything was healing but hadn’t fully healed so I had to go in for another appointment. At that appointment, they told me that I didn’t pay for my follow up last time and so the co-pay would be double. I clearly stated that I paid in full for the procedure and it came with a follow up. They then proceeded to state that since the doctor perscribed medicine it no longer counted as a follow

Loved Dr Sharpe and her assistant. They were so professional and concerned about my skin help and gave some great tips to protect my skin better. They did freeze two spots off my arm but it was painless. The photo are 2 hours after freezing.
