Bell Pharmacy

I was at Bell Pharmacy when they opened at 9am on Saturday November 15th 2025 to drop off some documents utilizing their UPS Access Point Services. Never again. When I dropped off the package they didn't scan it in immediately. They said they would do it in a minute. I believed them and left the store after making a small purchase. By Monday morning there was no movement of the package in UPS so I called the pharmacy. They said all packages had been picked up. I called again on Tuesday and they found the package and scanned it in. It is now Wednesday Morning and UPS still doesn't have it. If it wasn't for the fact that I am a signing agent and those documents were for a mortgage closing I might not be as upset. But those documents are urgent and important to a family closing on a mortgage.

i want to give a big shoutout to Harir at Bell Pharmacy. Even while dealing with a disrespectful customer ahead of me, she stayed calm, respectful, and professional. when it was my turn, she was just as patient and helpful, taking the time to explain my prescription and make sure I had everything I needed. She carries herself with a lot of strength. you can tell she genuinely cares. Bell Pharmacy is lucky to have someone like her on their team.

I have been going to Bells for twenty years. I first dealt with Tony; he was one of the owners. He is a great guy. After knowing him for a short period of time, he treated me like family. He went out of his way for me and my mother. The next pharmacist, George, was awesome. He was a younger guy and very knowledgeable. There were one or two more before John (the current owner) got there and became a partner. I can honestly say John is one of the best people I have ever met. We have become close friends. The current staff there is awesome. The techs go out of their way to get your prescription done quickly. I have to highly doubt any negative reviews since John has taken over. He runs a tight ship. My family has been going to Bell fo almost 20 years since we moved to NJ. The people are always very nice and professional. They answer our questions and always helpful. It is nice to have a local pharmacy, and be able to support them while they are surrounded by the big national chains.

My family has been using Bell for three generations, and they took such good care of my late mother through her 9 year cancer battle and my late grandparents with their various illnesses. My uncle and I still use Bell! I prefer independent, small, mom and pop type pharmacies to chain pharmacies like Rite Aid, CVS, etc- and Bell exemplifies why. Small pharmacies like Bell get to know you and are there for you when you need help, whereas chain pharmacies are way too robotic, impersonal, and by the book.
