Dr. Beilby and the staff were wonderful. I made a late call and was able to book in a canceled appointment time slot. Dr. Thuroughly explained my vision situation as well as health information he could see in my eyes. The desk clerk helped me maximize my insurance benefits. I will happily go back again next year and will make an appointment for my husband who avoids making his own appointments.

The employees were rude and disrespectful would not sell me what I wanted even though it was my money, apparently they don’t like cash. Than the doctor put eye drops in and sent me home with out the sun shade set in the parking lot for a while before I left and still couldn’t see long trip home.
