Lisa Aerhart is the best physician I've ever seen. My whole family sees her. Also the nurses... specifically her two nurses, are amazing. They give my kids treats and take care of them as if they were their own kids. Lisa always makes time to see my kids if they are sick or need anything. They're super responsive in mychart as well. The 3 ladies I'm talking about are in my opinion, the reason this office is so great. I've seen other Dr's here as well and they're fine but Lisa is my fav. I would recommend this office to anyone. I hope this is seen by management because these 3 ladies deserve recognition. They go above and beyond to make sure my babies and myself are comfortable and taken care of.

Dr. Morgan has terrible bedside manners. She is the most dismissive doctor I’ve ever visited. I saw her when I was a teenager struggling with extreme anxiety and dissociative panic attacks and she brushed it off as me “starting to understand being a woman.” I asked repeatedly for a therapist or mental health provider since she couldn’t help me and she completely ignored it. She ended up prescribing me sleeping pills. I saw her this past summer for an arm injury and a nurse called me telling me my spine was too straight. I asked for clarification, and she, exasperated, said the doctor could call me back and explain. That never happened. She also did an STD test when I went in another time recently and made a comment about “kids my age” being “unclean”. I had told her the test wasn’t needed

Worst doctors office in the world. They won’t see you if you don’t have any money. If you’re late they won’t see you. Place is the biggest scheme doctors in the entire area also they have a monopoly on doctors offices. If you don’t wanna travel out of state you pretty much don’t have a choice but to go to st e. The lady at front counter in primary care section on right when you walk in with glasses is beyond rude. Can’t get her name cause of course she is so professional she doesn’t have her name tag. This place has also been the worst utmost disgrace to the public they will fail you. I highly recommend going we’re ever else you can besides here. I literally called also before I arrived and advised I was running late the lady was literally happy and smirking when she stated they no call no

If I could give a 0 I would. They are awful about refilling prescriptions. I called 5 days ago and still have gotten it because they keep sending to the wrong pharmacy even after multiple phone calls and emails.

In my opinion the doctor I see is not compassionate or caring at all. She never smiles lacks empathy. She isn't easy to talk to and doesn't take the time to actually explain test results it help sivle health problems. I am going to call my insurance company today and request for my primary care doctor to be changed.
