I used BeeperMD last year in December. My experience was so good and unbelievable that I called them again today as soon as I was feeling sick and didn't want to go to a hospital where I could be contaminated with other viruses. The quality of care and the knowledge these doctors possess are second to none. Fast, caring, knowledgeable. Excellent. I will continue to call them anytime I feel sick and unsure about going to an urgent care facility. They come to your house and the care is exceptional. Thanks

Extremely unprofessional experience. I scheduled the first appointment of the morning for my 4-year-old,. The doctor was actually on-site but refused to even listen to my son’s lungs or offer a quick assessment because his assistant wasn't there. He claimed he was doing me a 'courtesy' by telling me face-to-face that he couldn't help. This office has no problem charging no-show fees, yet they showed zero regard for a child’s health or a parent’s time. If a doctor is available, they should act like one. An hour after my scheduled appointment I received a text to rescheduled because the office was closing. Unacceptable patient care. I called to express my disappointment and had asked to speak to a supervisor and have her to receive a call back.

I travel a great deal for work and unfortunately became ill. I was able to get a quick appointment and was treated wonderfully. There was no wait time, staff were wonderful and all my concerns were addressed.

This is my first time using walk in health care. Beeper MD was close to home and next door to my Pharmacy. I received very pleasant desk help, and my Nurse Practitioner Shannon was so pleasant and thorough, asking about my patient history, medications, allergies and present symptoms. As a heart patient, I’ve always been skeptical about going to a walk-in care center, but the thoroughness of my clinician was so encouraging! I went in for a cough, was tested For Covid and RSV, And diagnosed with bronchitis. I was given several prescriptions, explained how to use them and was urged to follow back in a weeks time. I must say I was pleasantly impressed and I will not hesitate to go back there again thank you BMD for making my first time at a walk-in care center a very pleasant experience. !
