A bit frustrated with CMC Bedford as Justin Godin left their practice a few months ago with no foreseeable warning and I had to switch PCPs. Now, I have a new PCP and I’ve have called numerous times to check on the status of my referrals as they are increasingly important and Elliot Hospital nor New Hampshire Sleep Medicine can’t seem to find either referral sent from my PCP. So again, I call CMC Bedford regarding this, to their knowledge is sent in, but why is it NEITHER OF from these facilities, Elliot or New Hampshire Sleep Medicine of Nashua cannot find a referral sent in… 8:41 AM - Just spoke with a receptionist or nurse in the Granite State Internal Medicine Dept. regarding my referral after speaking with New Hampshire Sleep Medicine. NH Sleep Medicine of Nashua has now informed me

If you have a prescription you need to refill every month don't use this place. Every month takes 6 or 7 phone calls to get them to submit my refills. They send them to the wrong pharmacy, forget to send them at all, or they submit the wrong dosage. By the time they get it straight you've been without for a few days. Absolutely horrible

We absolutely adore Dr. Packard! She is so attentive, does not rush you, and makes you feel like each patient truly matters, and remembers things from the last visit or many visits ago! She is wonderful and very proactive with my 10 month old who she’s seen since birth. My husband and I see her as well for ourselves. We have so many friends who highly recommended her and we are so glad they did. Everyone else we have seen from the nurses to the office staff have been very friendly and helpful as well. Yes, there is a bit of a wait, but that’s pretty much anywhere and I know they are working on it. It is still worth the longer drive even with a baby who hates the car ride, and that is saying a lot!

I've only been here once because my practice had no openings but maquela Barron I believe nurse practitioner... Was very nice patient and I did not feel rushed. She answered all my questions and concerns. The place was very clean. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because even though the place was clean and Dr was nice. I was late for my appointment because of how unclear the building signs were. I walked around the while building to physical therapy and etc before I found the door I needed. They need to identify each door better on the outside for people who have no idea where they are. Also it was extremely hot in the building not sure if there was no ac but my child was extremely uncomfortable waiting for a appointment.

I have seen Dr. Packard since 2011 when she was practicing at DHMC. I followed her to CMC even though I only knew her a short time because I trusted her care so much and finding a good doctor is extremely hard! I don’t regret it! Dr. Packard takes the time at every appointment and listens. Unfortunately for her, she hears from me a lot because I have a lot going on, but she NEVER acts bothered by my questions or requests for referrals. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will point you to the right person. Due to my chronic pain/medical conditions and anxiety she offers to see me on a regular basis so she can stay up to date on my care. To me this shows just how great a doctor she is as she goes above and beyond! She never shoves things off, although I will say the office staff has many
