I have been Gregg Guillemette's client for about 9 years, beginning with the 10-session Rolfing therapy. I have been extremely impressed with Gregg's high level of expertise and competence, as he is consistently accurate in his assessments of root causes of body pain and muscle tightness. He is more knowledgeable about the body and how it performs than most doctors that I have known, and he shares that knowledge with his clients. In addition to Rolfing spot treatments, I take advantage of the ozone sauna. Gregg applies multiple modalities in treatments, including but not limited to, PEMF and shock wave therapy. I feel very lucky to have found Gregg. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I have been going to Gregg at Bedford Bodyworks for over 8 months now. As a personal trainer, Gregg is the best ! He is gentle, but at the same time, very motivational. He knows when to push me and when to back off. And he listens !!! I have made incredible progress in weight loss and strength-building all under Gregg's tutelage. And as a Masseuse, the best I have ever had !

I have been receiving help from Gregg for around 8 months for my back. Between Rolfing and strength training I am getting better and better each day. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very skilled in what he does. I highly recommend Gregg to help anyone, at any age.

I just had my first 1hr Rolf session. I felt great immediately after the session. But did have expectations that the pain and tightness would gradually return throughout the day. BUT, it is now a day later and I still feel amazing. Gregg is great. He is professional, educated and very thorough. This is now the third different approach to the same problem. Chiropractor, physical therapy and now Rolfing. Hands down, Rolfing is a superior treatment. I've booked my next session and am very excited since I've already seen results. Optimistic that Gregg is gonna relieve this problem once and for all. Plus his dog, Ama who hangs out in the office, is the cutest and most chill dog. Highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Gregg for over a year now and it has been fantastic! His Knowledge about Rolfing and overall stretching and movement has been extremely beneficial to me. I’ve recently added the ice baths before a Rolfing session, I highly recommend Bedford body works to anyone!
