Have been really happy with the staff and treatment of my mom, until I walked in this afternoon and saw her as she was in her bed, rather how she was not in her bed correctly. Totally shocked at the lack of care this afternoon. . Unacceptable for any patient. Thankful for the night nurse and I could breath when I saw her walk through the doors. She is amazing. , I am trying to wrap my head around what I saw.
My precious 94 year old friend is on the west end side and is so happy there. She is treated and cared for so wonderfully. Thank you all so very much 🥰🥰🥰
