A mistakenly told the woman I knew about how to operate the Walker I was picking up and she appeared to have an attitude after that. At first she told me my card wasn't working which made no sense so I went to my bank and of course somebody was there and the second time she did it it was fine. She didn't hear me some paperwork and I signed. But never bothered to tell me I was fine and that I could go until I asked her. I guess you got to let people tell you information you already know regardless

Purchased Golden Recliners. Bedard takes their time to insure the product fits what you want of it. Post purchase, service is all I could expect. You call and they remember who you are. I’ve recommended friends.

Bought a breast pump through them. It was a breast pump that you can get at target for under 100 bucks. My insurance ended up coming through and paying the full allowable amount after I had already paid 100 and something dollars out of pocket to cover it. I called to ask for them to reimburse me since my insurance covered it and they have yet to get back to me. The woman on the phone was somewhat rude. She made it seem unlikely that I would get any sort of refund. I’m still looking into it because according to my insurance company, it’s illegal for them to not reimburse me.

Worst pharmacy in Maine. The staff are the rudest people you will ever have the displeasure of knowing. I wouldn’t recommend my grandmother’s sick cat to this pharmacy. If I could rate 0 zeros I would. Very rude. Very unprofessional.

Called to find the status on my sons insulin pods just to get ab attitude. I'm in the process of having it switched to my regular pharmacy where they actually have good customer service.
