KC cancelled my appointment that I had to schedule months in advance, then cancelled the next one as well. When my twice rescheduled appointment finally came she changed the time like 4 times the day before saying 11:15, no 10.. no 10:30.. no 11:30. when I showed up at 11:30 after confirming my appointment she told me I was late and would only have a 30 min massage. She didn’t ask me about my pain, where it hurts etc. She spent my now limited time massaging my arms despite me saying repeatedly I was there for back pain. I asked her to focus on my back and she never once found the knots that my chiropractor suggested I get a massage for. Awful experience. Left frustrated and still in pain.

Very nice, thorough massage. Takes care of problem areas. Fair price. Great staff.
