Beaverdale Veterinary Clinic / Riordan Pet Hospital

The staff and doctors at Beaverdale Vet Clinic are the kindest, most compassionate people I've ever dealt with. My cat was sickly all her life and she was treated with care and compassion. I can't recommend Beaverdale Vet Clinic enough. This is the place for your fur babies to go for excellent care and love.

We have been going here for years and have nothing but positive things to say. They have always been able to get our springer spaniel in urgently when needed, and every single staff member - from the front desk, to the techs, to the vets have treated both him and us with the upmost care and respect. We always feel well informed as the care team explains everything well and spends extra time to make sure we are comfortable. Can’t recommend enough!

You may not be able to tell from the photo, but trust me when I say, my dog and cat have literally never relaxed like this at a vet appointment. That kind of genuine TLC, us pet lovers know, you can’t fake it! So happy to have found our new family vet!!!!

Overall good experience. However recently my cat has had a uti and I was told that they would give her antibiotics for it. She has been taking her meds and no improvement. Just looked up the medication they gave and it’s just pain medication. Not antibiotics. The front desk explicitly told me this medication would help clear her system and possibly help with the blood in her urine. Point blank told me they were antibiotics. I am frustrated and concerned that my pets care has been hindered with this misinformation. Urinary issues are so serious with cats and my cat is suffering longer than she has to because of that negligence. On top of that my cat needed to go to the emergency vet for another 500$ the day after due to Beaverdale being closed and her condition getting worse.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for years, Deaglan, Dennis, all the vets and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend to anyone!
