My nurse and doctor were fantastic. My doctor took the time to make sure I was taken care of and all my questions and concerns were addressed. The ladies in the lab were fantastic. The one that drew my blood got it on the first stick with very little pain. The front desk staff is hit or miss. The attitudes and cockiness are not very professional. The lady I checked in with was very nice and good at her job.

I have been under their care for 7 years now. I have nothing but the highest praise for the doctors and nurses and staff at this facility! They are very professional and knowledgeable.

Last good doctor there was Amanda Nuzzo. Dr. Moraeu is horrible. Don't let her touch you. I'd give her 0 stars if I could. She should be fired.

Very Compassionate Elders care management. More parking lot NEW Rochester location in old Kmart building near BC Transit Authority circle. On top of Giant Eagle.

Always treated nicely. Appointments are quick, in and out, but able to ask questions if I needed to. The staff is very caring and they educate you.
