I will never trust anyone to permanently put something on my body unless it's Nina! WOW! I mean I'm obsessed with her work. It's beyond perfection. She is so thorough and really has an eye for what would be aesthetically gorgeous. She is patient, honest, professional, and so easy to work with. I consider myself blessed to be in her hands and will not be going anywhere else. Her work leaves you utterly impressed and speechless. As much as I love Nina and have gone to her facility for many many years including my family I am extremely disappointed with the way my appointment went with her for my fine line tattoo. The tattoo came out wrong and I can’t completely blame her for it should’ve double checked before she tattooed the fine line on me but she promised me a free tattoo as a solution and mind you I still paid for my services in full even though as a customer I was dissatisfied. I am giving her two stars because it’s been extremely difficult to reach Nina regarding the free tattoo. I’ve called, I’ve emailed and I’ve tried to just book a consult and each time I do I get no response. Nina is wonderful and talented it’s just disappointing to see how she’s handled her solution with me. This may seem small to other

The atmosphere is glamorous and I always get an awesome haircut. They really pay attention to the details and Brandi goes above and beyond to give the perfect haircut every time. I especially love that she is so knowledgeable about different hair types, including my fine curly/wavy hair, and takes the time to share that knowledge and teach me the best ways to style it. She really takes her time to make sure she is giving me what I want each time. I love going to this salon!
