Beautiful Smiles

I feel mislead and betrayed. I got told my new crown would cost nearly 4000$ and it's the only option I have. I agreed and got a temporary crown for 2 weeks. Over a month later I got a call that it's done. Another week later it didn't fit. The only connection between the upper and lower teeth was the crown. The dentist drilled 5-6 times with no change in my bite and then said he needs to send it away again because it doesn't fit. I got told it needs another 2 weeks. After a month of waiting and being able to chew on my left side because of the temporary crown hurting me, I just couldn't wait anymore and called everyday until they called me back after week of constantly calling. I went there back in October the dentist that was there and has been fired already didn’t like the the X-rays that were sent over by my previous dentist so he tells the girl to take a whole new set and if insurance doesn’t cover it to write it off and that he spends 5 minutes looking at my mouth and says I need 2 teeth pulled and then sends me to the hygentist to get my teeth cleaned and she doesn’t do it saying I need to be seen by a periodontist and forward to last week getting a bill for 300.00 and I call the office a week ago and left a message and no one calls me back so trying to charge me 300.00 for a dentist who they have fired. Just to update change my rating to 5 stars talk to Judi and she made things right and welcome me back to try the new dentist

I have been a patient for many, many years and have always had positive experiences at Beautiful Smiles. The staff is highly skilled and caring. The doctors use advanced dentistry techniques and fully explain all procedures while paying close attention to my comfort. Why would I consider going anywhere else?

I wouldn’t consider going to any other dental practice. I have been a patient for over forty years and have had quite a bit of work on my teeth over this time. I have been very satisfied with the quality of their care, high standards of hygiene and professional skill. Plus doctors and staff are very friendly!

Today was my first time at this office 5/8/25 I had a great experience with all of the staff, very welcoming and friendly, Dr P was great ,very personable and thorough with my treatment plan I will definitely be coming back
