Bear Creek Family Dentistry

Super friendly staff. Came here to for a new patient exam so I could get some long needed dental work for myself. I called on a Friday at 4PM and they got me scheduled for the following day on a Saturday for an 8:30 appointment. I was brought in on time and out in an hour. It probably would have been faster but there was a lot that needed to be looked at with me :/ They got me scheduled for 2 appointments for the following week, one for an oral surgery exam and potential same day surgery for extractions, as well as a root canal and and cavity filling. Like I said, extremely friendly, didn't feel criticized or judged like other places I have been to in the past. They advertise as a family dentist, lots of children here while I was here. Great experience overall. I’ve visited the office twice, and each time the staff has been genuinely kind and welcoming. I had two fillings done, and the doctor was very knowledgeable, clearly explaining why the issues occurred and offering thoughtful guidance for the future if needed.

I loved this office! Great, friendly and professional staff. Very informative dentist. I love the cleanliness and the inviting set up for the comfortability of children. My only complaint would be the way the dental assistant ripped my hair off of the velcro on the radiation protective vest after doing my x-rays. That was unnecessary and it pissed me off to say the least. She could've taken a lot more care or had me remove it myself. Again, that was my only compaint. I'll definitely be returning and possibly changing my child's denist to this location as well.

Amazing staff! Always quick to get my daughters’ teeth cleaned. Thank you for always doing an amazing job, my girls are always happy when they get to leave with a balloon at the end of their visit 🫶🏽
