Bear Creek Animal Hospital

I needed an emergency vet to euthanize my cat, who had been hit by a car and had a broken back. When I called Bear Creek, and spoke to the vet, he treated me with complete rudeness and disrespect. It was clear he didn't want to help my poor cat, and his only concern was how he was going to be paid. I'd explained to him that I was unable to drive, and my neighbor was going to be bringing my cat to him. I offered to stop the next morning when I had a ride arranged for me to get to a doctor's appointment, or I could send a card or a check. His only response was, "how do I know the check will be any good?" Needless to say, we made a bigger effort to get in touch with another vet, who was very kind and who met my neighbor at his clinic. Kelley and his staff are top notch! He has saved the lives of our high dollar performance horses and cared for our smallest family pets. He is accommodating, knowledgeable and is surrounded by staff that is kind and professional.

After 4 years of trusting Dr Kelly and his staff at Bear Creek Animal Hospital I wish i could update this post to 10 stars. His care for these animals goes above and beyond. He has cared for all my dogs, cats, horses and more. Anything from routine to emergency care hes just one phone call away First experience with a vet since moving into the area. Dr. Schrader and Staff were friendly and patient with my sometimes reactive boy. (Who actually loved the whole staff) I appreciate it being a one stop shop being able to see my dogs, cats, reptiles & horses.

Dr Kelly and is wonderful staff helped Frankie as he was suffering and we had to make the decision to let him go to be with all his friends. He took a huge piece of Mommy with him but they made me get through this hard time so much better and they helped Frankie out more than word can say.

Dr. Kelly and his team gave incredible orthopedic care to our dog Birdie during our visit to Craig from out of town! They were so kind, I’d recommend them to anyone!
