Bear City Animal Hospital

We went for our first time today, we were in and out. The vet and the technicians as well as the receptionist were all so kind and caring and super helpful. You can tell they actually want to help the animals and not just take your money like some other places. Highly recommend this place.

Abusive vet! Stay away! My family has been going here for years and though Kim used to be great, she has become rougher over the years with how she treats the animals. I’ve observed her be very forceful several times with both my 20 year old cat and my mom’s elderly dogs and during my last visit she completely crossed the line. During this visit she took my cat to the back room without me against my wishes where I could hear her meowing and hissing behind several walls and a closed door. When they returned her to me in her carrier I found she was twisted up and shoved in the carrier like a pretzel with her paws stuck against the door. I opened it up to try and help her get comfortable but she hissed at me (she never hisses period) because she was so scared. While talking to the vet and

I always see the same Doctor. No musical chairs here. Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and wise. She does not over prescribe and she offers common sense and compassion. None of my dogs have ever been afraid to go to the vet because of Dr. Kim and the staff.

Great service. My puppy received all his shots here. Great prices on Wednesdays for vaccines and vet visits. Place is so clean you can't tell you're in an animal hospital. Dr. Kim was awesome when she took care of my cat before he died.

Dr. Kim is just great! Been going to her for years and will continue. Tuckyr isn't in love with it but she is so good and caring to him. Definitely recommend
