Our experience with Patel Beach Orthodontics was frustrating. My son’s braces frequently broke, and we were told to wait two weeks to reschedule, leaving him with wires poking out. There was constant upselling, and basic issues weren’t addressed properly. We’ve had braces for our other kids elsewhere with no problems—this practice was difficult to work with and not worth the money.

Dr. Shreena Patel and her professional and caring staff have something special going on at Beaches Orthodontics. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed and treated like family. It is clear that she values each and every patient, especially one who is almost 60 like me and needed a replacement retainer. The spotlessly clean and comfortable office and efficient service top off this amazing place. Thank you Dr. Patel for taking such good care of your patients and our community!

Discriminan contra los Latinos. Si hablan español no los quieren aquí. They could have asked my sister to bring someone who could help translate. I wonder if they have any minorities in their clinic, i was shocked to see this message after my sister got her my chart notes from another office. Do not recommend. P.S. their name suits them well just need to change a couple letters.

My first time in the office with my two daughters was fantastic! The office staff is amazing and Ms. Deborah has a great personality and really loves her job. Dr. Patel was very thorough on what each child needed and took a real interest in both children, interacting with them. They are also very responsive when I call or email questions or concerns! So happy I chose this office!

By far the best experience I have ever had at any medical practice. Everyone on staff is absolutely phenomenal. It was almost too good to be true. I took my son in for a consult for braces. This can be nerve racking to children and they took all measures to make everyone feel comfortable. Deborah took us back and spent as much time as we needed to answer all questions we had. She was wonderful and truly made it fun for my son. Shortly after Dr. Patel came in and just like Deborah she spent as much time as we needed to answer all our questions. After we were done and decided to move forward with the braces we went into the office with Melissa to discuss financials. I had a very unique situation that was not in line with their normal payment plans and without hesitation Melissa made it work.
