Beach Creek Post-Acute

I visited today and met Erica LSW to submit paperwork and I was impressed by her kindness, care and professionalism. I also met Maggie, program director over the phone and was very helpful and courteous. Thank you for helping to make the transition seamless.

My friend had to find placement for his grandma and they chose Beach Creek. The facility was amazing. When you walk in the front lobby looks like a 5 star hotel and it looks like that throughout the facility. Food is excellent, nurses are friendly, and my friends grandma was well taken care of.

When I recently visited the facility it was so clean and bright. All the staff members were very friendly. Overall it was a very warm environment where staff genuinely care about their patients.

My wife and I was in the board and care business for over 30 plus years and your facility was the only one we referred too. Now that our loved one needs care, we chose your facility to take care of her. We are very impressed with the new Beach Creek facility, everything is fresh and clean. Your standards seem very high, very pleasant decor, very nice and helpful staff.

My mother, who was very ill, needed rehab after time in the hospital. We chose Beach Creek after doing some online research, touring the facility, and I was happy with the nurse to patient ratio which was verbally relayed to me by an administrator. The lobby is beautiful, bright, and inviting. The rehab area was also nice. So, we went forward with Beach Creek for my mother's rehab. I learned later, I was sold a false bill of goods as far as staff ratio goes. From the first 30 minutes my mother was in there, I experienced red flags.
