The clinic environment was organized; however, we did not experience the level of sensitivity we expected when it came to communicating with children. The approach toward children did not feel empathy-based and instead felt rather mechanical and rushed. We did not observe an attitude aimed at understanding and easing a child’s fear and anxiety. In addition, I felt that our doctor was lacking in active listening. While I was trying to explain my child’s complaint in detail, I wasn’t given enough opportunity to do so, and the conversation ended quickly. The doctor seemed more focused on giving their own interpretation and completing the procedure. This made it difficult for us as parents to fully express our concerns. My family absolutely loves Dr. Berman and her staff! From Jasmine at the front desk to Ms. Diane her nurse. We love Be Pediatrics. In and out appointments. Same day appointments when needed as well. I highly recommend.

Dr. Daly has been seeing my daughter since we moved to Savannah. She's great and listens to all of our concerns. When we lost our insurance, I was able to pay out of pocket for my daughter's visits and it was affordable.
