Be Balanced Therapeutic Massage

Absolutely incredible massage. So happy I gave Erin a shot as I usually only go to male massage therapists due to their pressure. Erin is not only an absolutely wonderful person but she is incredibly gifted. I prefer firm pressure as I have a lot of built up tension due to my job, and I ALWAYS leave feeling ten times better than when I walked in. Erin continuously checks in with you but also respects your time and your space. She created the most serene and peaceful environment so you can unwind and just relax fully. She’s truly a miracle worker. 11/10 recommend.

May have been my best message ever. That is not an over exaggeration. I could tell from the first two minutes that Erin was next level. The entire time I could sense Erin adjusting to my unique needs as she went. I felt so overwhelmingly satisfied after my message that I felt completely content and relaxed as all of my aches, pains, and stiffness were addressed. Will definitely be making another appointment with her the next time I’m in San Diego!!

Erin is hands down the best massage therapist around. It is like she just knows where to work on your back and has the ability to apply pressure until those awful shoulder knots release. She uses amazing products and I always leave feeling AMAZING. I’m going to be honest, I am a high strung person who has trouble relaxing. I cannot tell you how many times I find myself dozing off during Erin’s massages I am so relaxed. I highly recommend Erin!!!

Love Erin! Won’t get a massage with anyone else. I’ve had massages before and with PTSD, it can be difficult for me to relax. With Erin, her energy is so safe and soothing and her massages actually allow me to relax and enjoy myself. I am so grateful for her. I saw her a few times a couple years ago and then recently after getting in a car accident and she helped greatly with the tension and pain in my body. Highly recommend!
