I saw Cheryl for Pelvic PT after having my second child. I cannot recommend her services enough. Jackson County does not have many options when it comes to Pelvic PT so I’m grateful that we have such a great option in Grass Lake. I really appreciated that Cheryl spent the time to really understand what was causing my abdominal separation and I was given at home exercises very specific to my need and how my body responded to the exercise. This is exactly what I was looking for with PT. I feel so much stronger, my symptoms are gone, and I can continue with my exercises at home to heal the diastasis recti.

My 16-year-old daughter saw Becky for a knee injury, our experience was fantastic. Becky was efficient and clear with directions so that my daughter could do her exercises at home. After 6 weeks, my daughter was ready to get back to her athletic ventures. I see. Cheryl. Her knowledge and gentle approach to healing has been exactly what my 55-year-old shoulder needed. I started going here for pelvic floor physical therapy and Cheryl makes you feel respected and really knowledgeable about getting the right exercise for your needs
