This place is a very good place to receive medical care. One day I walked into the facility very weak and tired. It felt like I was going to pass out. Ms. Cynthia came over to me and gave me a hug and was able to get me to see the doctor very quickly. She's the only reason that I was able to get an appointment with a specialist to find out what was even medically wrong with me. After my appointment was finished Danielle A.K.A. Dani also gave me a hug, some crackers and water before I went to the E.R. The only reason that I'm giving four stars instead of five stars is because I was referred to a gynecologist for my fibroids and heavy bleeding. Great Office, I really like PA Parker. She is down to earth and honest. I finally have a PCP I can trust. They also have a great lab right inside the office. I want to thank Jerry as well for always taking the time to explain my ordered tests. This guy is phenomenal at drawing blood. He also helped me with a billing issue, no one else would help with. Not knowing medical terms and how there billing was done. Jerry was able to pinpoint the problem and my bill disappeared. I’m am grateful for healthcare workers in this day and age that will go the extra mile for you. Instead of just handing me a phone number or saying they can’t help. Sincerely guys, thank you!

Everyone’s experience is different, but our family eventually had to move on from this practice. Over the years, the doctor’s bedside manner became a bit unprofessional and difficult to navigate. My wife also had a very hard time transitioning her care elsewhere and felt shamed by the office during that process. We hope things have improved since then, but we decided it was best for her to find a different provider.

My experience with Nurse practition Rebecca Parker is She's amazing. Outstanding professional knowledgeable and goes that extra mile to make you feel comfortable never been to a doctor's office where I felt awesome. Can't say enough about her if you could give more than five stars she'd have double triple she is the best. I also had the pleasure of dealing with The office supervisor Danielle Warren. She was also very polite, courteous, friendly. Went that extra mile to help you again, She was also professional outstanding. Amazing! I picked a super professional practice to go to Roosevelt family medicine. Those two are wonderful. Couldn't have picked a better medical facility.

Cynthia Horton is the Roosevelt Family Medical Centers FIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Office Manager working the front desk. Cynthia IS THE GO-TO PERSON TO GET THE JOB DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY. Even when she's very busy, she goes out of her way assisting doctors patients with a smile. SHE IS A VERY PASSIONATE PROFESSIONAL WHO LEAVES NO ONE BE HIND. SHE COMFORTS ALL WHO ARE SICK, or IRRITATED ABOUT THIS AN THAT AND THE OTHER. My wife Lydia and I are BLESSED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF NO MATTER WHO THE PATIENT IS. THANK YOU CYNTHIA, 🙂🙂🙂😃😀.
