Bayview Rehabilitation at Scalabrini

Well my Bonus Mother is there and seems to be doing well. She's been there way too long and depression is setting in, we all can see it. The overall condition of the facility seems to be ok, even the rooms are nicely painted and designed. Staff seems to pleasant and helpful. Patient activities could be more about healing and movement.

Came into my 97 year old grandmothers room who is on hospice to crumbs, dirty napkins and chocolate milk dripping down her face and neck. Some staff is nice but some can be rude. It takes a while to get service. Overall she doesn’t seem to be taken much care of.

My friend likes it at Bayview and the crew makes her feel special. Most of them take the time to get her to smile. It means the world to me. Monika Poulin

if you want a place that will neglect your parent and miss giving them meds for days, then this is your place. i fell for the look how beautiful it is here nonsense the girl said who showed us around and wish i looked at the care being given. although some staff are nice others could care less. managment is a joke when you need them. my moms life mattered more than your pretty rooms

I spent the majority of my time asking the employees what was the criteria to be able to get a bed in there. It’s a beautiful place with so many different things to do. It made getting older look much better.
