Bayview NowCare Urgent Care-First Colonial

I had a very pleasant experience at NowCare First Colonial yesterday evening. This was my first time visiting this location. From the front desk staff Parker, who was very welcoming and pleasant, down to the MA/nurse who triaged me, and especially Dr. Al Saadi who was very thorough, caring and actually listened. The way she practices medicine is wonderful. I think this will be my new preferred location. You can tell the staff enjoys what they do by how they interact with each other and the patients. As someone who is also in the medical field, great care means a lot to me because it is hard to find, especially in this area. So thank you so much for all that you do and for making my visit painless, pretty quick and easy!

Amazing care! So nice and attentive after a boating accident where my finger was caught in a windless anchor winch. Dr Will did an amazing job stitching me up and everyone was so nice. I had to write something because I can’t stop talking about how they took are of me!

The front desk staff and nursing staff were great. I was seen in a very timely manner . The doctors bedside manner was lacking but I didn’t go to urgent care to make friends. Her exam and history was thorough. Overall good experience.

This urgent care always has excellent staff and I have always found that I do not have a long wait. They are able to accommodate with several test right there on the spot and that is appreciated. I saw Tyler and he was excellent. I recommend them.

I’ve been going here for over 7 years and the staff is AMAZING! They always take their time and listen to me to best treat my concerns. I’ve even started taking my son there instead of the CHKD urgent care. The wait is also never very long. I’m almost feeling better the next day or so after seeing them. Lastly, I recommend them to ALL my family and friends!
