I am so disappointed in this office and Dr Katie Curtis. There is always a huge turn over. They dropped me all because I went for a second option. They are very late to return calls and their get out referrals. The referral they sent me to was the wrong dr. Please think twice before your use Hauge Medical and Dr. Katie Curtis. I'm very hurt by them. No lose, I'll find a better Dr.

I fell last Monday night and was seen the next day by an another doctor because my PA wasn’t working last Tuesday. This doctor questioned me like I was on the witness stand in court. Bloodwork was drawn and the phlebotomist was horrible. I was immediately sent to my orthopedic surgeon for X-rays and luckily I didn’t break anything, just a couple of bone contusions! The doctor I saw has reviewed my labs and requested that the office check on me which still hasn’t happened even after I sent a message on the Patient Portal this morning. I am most definitely leaving the practice! I can’t believe that the doctor I saw last Tuesday or the PA I normally see hasn’t called to see how I am doing. Very disappointed and frustrated. Now I have to find another Primary Care Doctor/PA which may take weeks

I didn’t go as a patient but rather a guest of a patient getting a skin graph but I liked the staff and his doctor was very straightforward. The rosenblum practice has a very very small waiting room and is not for those who like small spaces. There are double elevators that are well kept in the interior lobby (which is beautiful) and it’s wheel chair friendly to enter the building

Doctor doesn't remember what she says to me from one visit to the next. Message on my portal says if I don't agree with her action to stop prescribing one of my long-term meds, I would have to go somewhere else. When I reluctantly went back she denied saying that, but it's in black and white on the portal.

The Hague location ended care with no real explanation. Came to the practice with Dr. Goldsticker. They were great! Everyone knew who we were. The office staff really fell off. I have been hung up on. Had a letter sent to my home with another patient’s name on it, and when corporate was asked, they couldn’t explain it. Ultimately both my wife and myself were dismissed without any formal explanation or notice addressed to us. We are unable to get refills for my wife’s medication. The PA who took Dr Fedro’s place really let us down. And, the practice as a whole let us down. I really wish someone had taken the time to talk to us. I also had a bad experience with the colonoscopy they set up. I followed all instructions for prep and got to the hospital for the procedure and they said that they
