Excellent office! Karen is the best dental hygienist I have ever worked with- extremely thorough. I had some bleeding gums previously that prior dental offices ignored, but Karen put some antibiotics in and since then I’ve had no issues. I did need a filling and Dr Christine Nguyen was able to do them that same day. Great experience all around!

I walked right in with a cracked crown and they saw me immediately. Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr. Nguyen was friendly and professional. Every step of the process (treatment plan, procedures, next steps) was explained as the visit moved along. I have found my new dentist in Lake Mary, and would recommend this office to anyone.

This was my third visit to Baytree Dental, and once again the experience was excellent. The check-in process is efficient, they truly respect appointment times, and the staff are knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I will definitely continue my dental care with them and highly recommend Baytree Dental for their warm, attentive, and consistently high-quality service.

Excellent.....love getting my teeth cleaned and Karen did an awesome job. Dr Nguyen is awesome as well....very thorough and meticulous. Explained and addressed all my issues, very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.

Unfortunately they've gone downhill. Constant change of staff. They are still having you wait past your appointment time. It has happened to me 3x now. The new dentist (dr.nyguen sp?) only came to look over the hygienist work 1 of the 3 cleanings ive had since shes taken over. The hygienist will leave a sharp object in my mouth and ask me to close my lips on the suction every single time poking me and hurting me. The front desk seems like a revolving door. And one new man is extremely loud in his singing while youre in the waiting room. Overall unprofessional staff all the way around here. I will finally be taking my entire family out of the practice. Ive just had enough.
