Baystate Convenient Care – Westfield

I had a great experience at Baystate Convenient Care and am so thankful for the care I received. I came in feeling pretty awful, and from check-in to treatment, the entire staff was professional, efficient, and kind. I especially want to thank Dr. Duffy, who took the time to really listen to my symptoms, explain everything clearly, and made sure I got the right medication. Within a day or two, I was already feeling much better thanks to their accurate diagnosis and treatment. It's a huge relief to know there’s a place like this when you’re not feeling your best. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for prompt and compassionate care.

Doctor was very wise and professional answered all my questions I had. Very first time here ever did have to wait along time as it was 3:10 my appt wasn’t seen till 5:30 guess overbooked is why doctor was… I understand just the wait was extreme didn’t like that but overall the visit was well ….

I wouldn't recommend any one going there. It's the worst hospital and careless caretakers. I was with my 18 month baby on the 12/26 from 12:20am till 6:20 am and I ended up leaving because he wouldn't stop throwing up every where and Its was taking them so long to call us. He was turning blue when he was vomiting. I asked 2 times the nurse if we can be seen sooner then others and she said I'm sorry but we have to go by order and nothing I can do. They were calling ppl that wasn't so emergency they were talking and laughing and on their phones all the time. But there were people in the wielchair that couldn't talk or move with out some one helping them and they were there for a while. Worst hospital!!!!

Took my son, walked in at 6pm and they close at 7pm. There's 2 people there and they tell me they are at capacity. Last time I went. There was like 2 or 3 people. They gave me a room and had me waiting almost 2 hours. They are terrible go to West Springfield or anywhere else!

My family and I use this urgent care in Westfield and always receive the best care. They have a wonderful staff who show compassion and professionalism at every angle. We’ve never had a long wait either. Just make sure you call in the morning to make an appointment that day.
