I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent care I received with Dr. Constantinos Laskarides & his assistant Virginia! I walked into the office with pain & was seen in a very timely fashion. He explained the procedure very well in intial consultation. I had a lot of fear & anxiety! Both were very caring Virgina held my hand thru procedure. I didn't feel any pain with local anesthesia! I was surprised it went so well! I have to return in a few months to finish up but so far I am healing well! Thank you for both for professionalism & expertise & patience! I really appreciate it! Having all 4 of his wisdom teeth removed was my son's first experience with any type of surgery or anesthesia. All of the staff at Bayside helped put our minds at ease and Dr. Pierse is very compassionate, he took the time to answer all our questions during the consultation and after the surgery even came to check on me in the waiting room. The nurses in the recovery room were absolutely amazing and so supportive and caring, we received multiple post-op calls from Dr. Pierse and the nurses as well as a return phone call to a message I left about some post-op questions. I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone at Bayside, thank you for taking such great care of your patients! ❤️

I want to take a moment to recognize Virginia for the outstanding care she provided during my visit today. From the moment she began prepping everything for the surgeon, she made me feel comfortable, informed, and at ease. She was incredibly kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain how to use the gauze and what to expect afterward in a way that was clear and reassuring. Her calm demeanor and compassion truly made a stressful experience much easier. Virginia is an absolute asset to this office, and I’m very grateful for the care and kindness she showed me.

Had a excellent experience from start to finish! The doctor is very educated, kind, funny and absolutely amazing at his job. I had my wisdom teeth removed and he was done in less than 14 minutes! The hygienists are all friendly, helpful and smart. I’m glad I got referred there because I had the best experience.

Yesterday, I had an upper molar extracted and an implant placed with bone graft and stitches by Dr. Laskarides with local numbing only. It was pain free and explained step by step throughout the procedures. Best of all was the care by his assistant Virginia who used a tooth guard, suction and gauze so well while gently guiding my head where I never gagged and never felt that I couldn’t breath or needed to stop. There was no excess spit and no need to worry about my tongue. It was excellent care.
