They have great doctors and staff. They’re very attentive to details and follow up. My bulldog had very seriously ear infections with troublesome underlying issues. She is doing much better now and her quality of life has greatly improved. Our old Dog de Bordeaux is currently being treated for thyroid and kidney issues using medication. She’s doing great.

The vet spent a lot of time with my dog and also explaining to me why I noticed a dark belly on my dog. With their help, I can keep my dog feeling good and healthy.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bayside Animal Hospital. My dog Archie visits once a week for rehabilitation and pain management and absolutely LOVES Madison, Dr. Hansen, and the rest of the amazing staff. From the moment we walk in, everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating — it truly feels like they care for Archie as if he were their own. Archie was diagnosed with meningitis and had severe hind end weakness and pain. Thanks to their professional expertise, attentive care, and the rehab program, he has improved so much. He’s happier, stronger, and much more comfortable. Archie actually gets excited to go to rehab — tail wagging the whole way — and that says everything about how kind and encouraging the team is. It's so great to find veterinarians that truly listen! My cats have been treated by each of the wonderful doctors here. I never felt rushed and the staff was very caring. I left feeling that my cars received the best care possible.

Dr. Christiansen was kind, patient and gentle with my frail, elderly dog. He handled her with love. He listened, communicated effectively and was willing to work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that worked for all of us. He repeatedly offered follow up support, if needed and made me feel comfortable about asking questions and having my concerns addressed. The front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The vet techs were cheerful and supportive. The office was clean and pleasant as always. We will absolutely be returning.
