I had such a wonderful experience getting my veneers done here. After years of repairing the same front teeth, I finally decided to move forward with six veneers — and I’m so glad I did! The results truly speak for themselves. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. This has been my regular dentist for cleanings, cavities, and all my dental needs, and they’ve always taken great care of me. The whole staff is friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend to anyone considering dental work — you’ll be in great hands!

I've been coming to Bayshore since 2009. Dr. Ouano is an energetic and passionate professional who cares!!! He is amiable, meticulous, trustworthy, honest and understanding. His staff - Susan, Rachel, Andrea, Jen, Grisel, Patty and the rest of the team are amusing and wonderful!!! They really take the time to make you feel at home. My recent crown fit like a charm and looks amazing! As always thank you for the excellent service!!! I am grateful ❤️

I have been going here for several years ever since I was a kid, and they have always done an excellent job. Rachel at the front desk is always great at making everyone feel welcomed as well as the rest of the staff! It's always a comfortable experience and I have never experienced any type of anxiety going here for all these years. I had my teeth cleaned by Dental Hygienist Shannon and Ariel and they were fantastic! Not only is the staff great at making me feel comfortable but they also do a great job at making sure I fully understand everything that needs attention. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an outstanding experience!

There are so many good things to say about this office. They were able to accommodate a same day Saturday appointment to treat an emergency. Every single person working in that office was friendly and accommodating, an experience you don’t always get from other medical office and truly sets them apart. We loved the service so much that we have decided to bring our whole family. If you are looking for a new dentist, this practice will not disappoint. We would give them more stars if we could. I had my first visit at Bayshore Dental Excellence last week and I am so glad I decided to go with this particular office! I called to make an appointment on Monday and they were able to fit me in for Thursday, whereas the other offices I called nearby told me they couldn't get me in for months! The receptionist, Susan was so sweet and kind and very accommodating as I mentioned before. Ariel, the hygienist who did my cleaning was EXCELLENT! She reviewed my health history throughly and explained everything she was going to do before she did anything. She even asked if I had any concerns or question which made me feel that she truly cared about my oral health and I wasn't just another patient on her schedule.
